Reservations
 Check availability in our search, if the house you want is available you can book online at this time.
Otherwise, call us at any of our phone, send an e-mail or simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page. From there, we will respond as quickly as we can to let you know if your request is possible.

If the house is free for the dates you are interested we will provide the account number which is to make the deposit.

From that moment the house is pre-booked for a reasonable time (usually 48 hours) to perform the bank transfer to our account. Then, you must fax or e-mail a copy of entry with your full name and ID number.

The amount to be paid for the booking will be 30% to 50% of the total booking price.

Once we receive the proof, we will contact you to confirm the final book in his name.

On arrival you must pay

Accommodation The arrival times are between 17 and 22 hours. If for any reason it should occur before or after these hours, please notify us.

Cancellation of Reservations: If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, please note that if you do

With more than 30 days of arrival will only retain 5% of the amount advanced.
With less than 30 and more than 15 days: we will withhold 40% of the amount advanced.
With less than 15 or more than 7 days we will withhold 60% of the amount advanced.
 If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, no refund.
