The house is built with high quality finishes, marble floors as well as tiling in bathrooms and kitchen.

It has an Internet connection via Wifi so you can move around the garden with an excellent signal.

The villa is delivered completely clean and equipped. There are two weekly cleanings with change of sheets and towels. But if you need additional cleanings you can contract without any inconvenience.

The pool is also cleaned twice a week.

Once you leave the airport, head towards Yaiza, which is about 21 km from the airport.

Once you have arrived in Yaiza, continue to the south of the island until you reach Playa Blanca, which you will find about 15 km from Yaiza.

Just before reaching Playa Blanca, you will find a giant roundabout next to a gas station. Take the second exit of the roundabout towards Faro Pechiguera.

About 4 or 5 km will pass a hotel called RUBICON PALACE which is on the left side of the road. Continue straight and at the second roundabout, take the second exit.

Continue about 200 meters to the next roundabout and take the third exit. The urbanization on your right hand side is Aguamarina.

About 50 meters from the rotanda that ends up leaving, has the entrance to the urbanization. Access it with the vehicle and already inside the urbanization, go to the end of the street.

The last house that is in front is Aguamarina 21. It will distinguish it because at the entrance it has 2 giant cacti.
