Alquería de Segovia

The cottage is located 6 km from the city of Segovia en route to Torrecaballeros, Pedraza, La Granja de San Ildefonso and Duratón, located in a small settlement called TIZNEROS.

The cottage has been distributed with special-purpose rooms for families: quintuple, quadruple, triple and double, depending on the situation, as some of them communicate. In total it has seven bedrooms with 11 rooms to complete a capacity of up to 23. Three of them have a small office.

Additionally, the cottage has a living room with fireplace, TV area, 2 dining rooms, one conservatory, two kitchens on the ground floor for use by clients (a built-in kitchen with all appliances large including oven and one small), two refrigerators with freezer in the dining room, children's play room, terrace with barbecue, garden with sandpit and swing for toddlers, patio with table football wood and solarium.

Farmhouse of Segovia also has a relaxation area (jacuzzi with massage tables), the use of which has to be explicitly requested the owners, as are chargeable at the price established for the accommodation.

The views from each and every one of the common areas and bedrooms overlook the Sierra de Guadarrama, so the names of rooms 7 correspond to the peaks of the same.

The cottage Farmhouse of Segovia is in a strategic location for visits to the city of Segovia, walk the nature trails of the mountains, adventure sports and any other activity that may agree with the property owners. There is also the option of simply staying in a strategic position to develop business meetings for its proximity to Madrid and Barajas International Airport, or attend ceremonies, weddings or celebrations capital Segovia, Torrecaballeros or the House-Shear Cabanillas del Monte.

As for breakfast, lunch and dinner for staying, it helps in the organization of these services.

Booking and cancellation policy for room

Reservations are not effective as no deposit 50% of the amount of the current account of Farmhouse of Segovia.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of the reservation must be requested in writing and give right to payment of the following amounts:

If cancellation is done 45 days or more in advance, the full amount of the deposit is returned.

With 15-45 days in advance, refunded 50% of deposit.

With less than 15 days notice, no refund either be the reason for cancellation.
