Payment Terms:
Reserve apartment 30% of the total, the rest to be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

* High season:
Before 30 days of arrival, refunded 100% of the reservation.
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival date, the reservation deposit will stay for a year, to enjoy this year, according to availability and booking conditions season . Alerting with less than 7 days notice there is no right to a refund or store booking.

Mid season:
