The Cueto of Collado is an apartment complex, built on a house of S. XVIII in a gated estate. The building was rehabilitated and was provided with the means to suit the comfort of the present times. Is surrounded by a garden in which there is a granary (typical Asturian building where once crops were kept) more than 300 years, under which a deck is placed . Property is a priority for the constant maintenance and cleaning thereof. Of equal concern is the advice and information we give our customers.

The apartments are in a small village in the Asturian Coast, around villages there are multiple different beaches and restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine and numerous excursions.

 
Condominium 2 beds: 3 floors and are each two apartments.They have 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people.

A-8E-70, Exit 312 (Pria, New-Ovio and Cardoso). At the STOP turn left and take the road towards Villanueva de Pria. Once at the village, the apartments are located on the left edge of it.

Will be charged 30% of the total amount at the time of booking ..

• If canceled or modified up to 31 days before arrival date, will be charged 5% of the entire stay.
• If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
• If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
