Our facilities are located in a building recently built, while retaining a rustic cut, a typical rural tranquil setting, composed of eleven apartments of one, two and four bedrooms.
All apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels and consist of:

The HIGAR Apartments are located in Pria, Asturian population in the municipality of Llanes, located in the most western of the same, bordering Ribadesella, which begins with Cuero, well known for its water mills, as well as the festival of Asturian cheeses.Being one of the most visited tourist destinations because of its proximity to the beach (Playa de Guadamía, 1km, Cuevas del Mar beach 2km) mountain, rural setting that has wanted to preserve, despite the influx in summer, this city has become the perfect place to enjoy the scenery and staying connected with nature and the rural environment.
