They are equipped with clothes and utensils. Calefaccióny feature plasma televisions. The house has a terrace, green, garden, private parking and adjacent children's play area.

Prepayment conditions: to confirm the reservation the amount of the first night will be paid via money order or wire (to be held at the post office) .
For stays of longer than five days mandatory prepayment amount is 50%.
The amount of prepayment is non-refundable.
The remaining amount is paid in cash on arrival at the apartment.
