The house (suitable for 23 people) is on the ground floor with own entrance to an old house over 200 years old, built in typical Canarian style. Apart from the sea which is at a distance of 50 meters from the house has magnificent views of the banana and the mountains. At 100 meters there is a large swimming pool with sea water, and a small beach where you can swim all year round. (Now closed for renovation)

Waters is a small town in the green north of Tenerife, located directly across the Atlantic, halfway between Icod de los Vinos and Puerto de la Cruz. The area is not touristy and very quiet, little has changed here, it is not ideal for mass tourism site .
Water is an ideal starting point to discover the wonders of the landscapes of the island, but without going further,
Around the coast there are several rural roads of spectacular beauty. The village has three restaurants and an old winery with good local wine.
In the top (SJ Rambla) are supermarket, bank, pharmacy, etc..
It is recommended to have a rental car.

From Reina Sofia Airport: Take the motorway towards Santa Cruz, - up to Santa Maria del Mar North take Highway connection, follow direction La LagunaPuerto Cross-Directorate and then , n Icod, at the end of the motorway remaining 7 km. San Juan de la Rambla, just before the sixth tunnel turn right, and then again to the right, towards the water, follow the road almost to the sea, and to the left is the house (yellow color) with the number 20.

To leave closed booking you must enter 20% of the total price as a deposit,
and the rest to show the house and hand over the keys.
