Modernist house in 1906. Restored in 2007, can accommodate 8-10 people. It has a spacious room with three sofas and a library, 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and a wonderful terrace where eating and sunbathing.
It is located on the set of modernist buildings of the Plaza Mayor, the late nineteenth century.
Polinyà de Xúquer is a peaceful village of 2,500 inhabitants which has shops, pharmacy, health center, swimming pool and sports facilities. It is ten minutes drive from the beaches of Swedish and Cullera; and half an hour from the city of Valencia. Close to both the beach and the mountains, within a few kms you can variety of excursions in the area.
