Newly built house, situated 100 meters from the village of Gaintza that respects the architecture of the place and wheelchair accessible. Cozy, comfortable and enjoyable. The whole house has central heating.

The house has two floors, the unique plant is a separate guest house at our plant. 4 double rooms with bathroom and hair dryer. One wheelchair accessible. Possibility to connect to wireless internet.

There is the possibility of 2 extra beds and there are 2 cots available. All rooms equipped with TV and music.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, iron and kitchenware.

The house also has a living room with fireplace, TV, video, music, games, books ...

It has a porch with furniture and 500 meters of garden with barbecue.

Garage: You can store bikes in the garage. Pets are not allowed.

In addition, our store offer the chance to taste and buy local products: cheese, nuts, wine, txakoli, cider, patxaran, meats, handicrafts, wood ...

You can access your room between 17 and 20 hours of arrival day. To exit you must leave before 12am. Whenever our availability allows, we can be flexible.
    Reservation procedure:
        EUR 20. per room per night.
        Deposit at the entrance to cover damage.
        The total amount is paid upon arrival.
    In case of cancellation of the booking the owner may keep some or all of the prepayment.
    If you want to rent us the entire house will require at least 2 nights're among us.
    All electricity and heating costs, as well as bed linen and towels are included in the price.

    If you use the kitchen, deberas leave in the same condition in which you found it, cleaning, running, ...
    The kitchen privileges will be charged 5 EUR. per room per night.
    It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and bathrooms.
    Pets are not allowed.
