Casa Platero I

Rustic cottage in the town of 50 inhabitants 10 minutes from Pamplona. The house consists of 4 double bedrooms with Tvs, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large bay window with beautiful views of Mount San Cristobal and terrace with barbecue. It also has a spacious games room with table tennis, table football, kitchen and bathroom in which you can make meals, meetings, celebrations, etc.. up to 18 people. Large garden of 200 m2 with swimming pool equipped with furniture jardíny barbecue. Built next to Platero II there is the possibility to rent the two houses together. IDEAL FOR FAMILY GROUP MEETINGS AND UP TO 18 PEOPLE.
Enjoy and free access to the pool from May 1 to September 31.

The formalization of the reservation will be made by crediting the bank account Bed Platero, 25% of the total amount being necessary to carry the same within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the booking request. After this time the request will be canceled.
PAYMENTS
100% of the amount will be paid in cash at the entrance of the accommodation or by bank transfer at least three days before the arrival day.
BOND
25% paid upon reservation will be returned to leave the house, staying as a deposit during the stay in the house. You can not exceed the maximum occupancy of the house, reserving the right to take appropriate legal action, as appropriate in the case of a higher occupancy.
Prices
Prices are with I.V.A. included, and include the use of sheets and towels as well as the cost of electricity, heating.The price of the service charge will cover nights or days, starting at 17:00 and ending at twelve o'clock this noon.
CANCELLATION
If dissent or cancellation is notified more than 7 and less than 15 days prior to that for the occupation, the owner may retain 50% of the deposit . If the cancellation is communicated to tourist accommodation within 7 days prior to that for the occupation, will be available to the owner the amount received signal or reservoirs site.
Customers are expected to total respect for the facilities and in general to all the cultural and natural environment. It may terminate the stay of the client in advance when breaches the customary rules of civility, kitchen or living together.
