The house is newly built, with its opening on August 1, 1992, with the typical characteristics of the area, combining in its main facade, wrought iron balconies and façade painted.

It is located at the edge of the town center, it is a completely quiet, no noise from cars place all around the house is half. From the viewpoint of the house you can see the picnic Source EL Rabbit and Valbona river.


On the back of the house there are several hiking trails, one of which takes you to the dam of Valbona, (place of great scenic interest).

From Alicante: Exit through the AP-7 towards Valencia, take Exit 480 Sagunto Teruel and continue on Highway Mudéjar (A-23), take exit 76 Mora Rubielos A 228 to km 7 wherein find left forwarding Valbona.

From Madrid: Going by the A-2, exit at Molina de Aragon Teruel, take the N-211 and continue on the N-234 towards Teruel. Once incorporated into the Mudéjar motorway (A-23), take exit 92 Puebla de Valverde, I find people pass Valbona.
