To make a reservation you must pay 40% of the total amount of stay (deposit). This payment can be made by wire transfer. The remaining 60% will be charged on return of keys.

In case of cancellation of the booking, the advance amount will be returned, except an amount in compensation that will

- If the withdrawal or cancellation is notified more than 7 and less than 15 days prior to that for the occupation, will retain 50% of the deposit.

- If the cancellation is notified within 7 days prior to that for the occupation, shall be available to the owner the amount received as a deposit or deposit
