Our house Tramontana is located at km 10.3 of Formentera, is completely off the road, 500 meters from the beach and 1km Migjorn Es Caló.

The house has 4 seats with loveseat extra possibility (beds sofas in the lounge).

-1 Bathroom.
-1 Double.

The price includes cleaning the house entrance (no daily housekeeping) and bedding and bath (one bath towel and one washcloth per person, a bathmat for each bathroom and a set of sheets per tenant).One change of clothes for stays longer than a week will be made.

We have bunk beds, cribs, high chairs and extra to suit customer needs beds.

200 euro deposit and 25% of the house.

In the case of cancellation one month in advance withhold 25% of the total reservation.
If you cancel less than one month in advance and retain the 25% deposit.
