1690 country house, which has been restored with respect for materials and care to offer, in turn, convenience and comfort.

The house is divided into two floors. The first consists of four double bedrooms with double bed and living room with TV and DVD. The second, three bedroom with two single beds each. All bedrooms are en suite. The ground floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and toilets. Outside, and access to the house as we have a large hallway, large gardens, swimming pool and private parking in summer. The whole house has heating and a fireplace in the dining room.

From Santander and Bilbao
1 - Follow the A-8 to Colindres .
2 - On Colindres exit 173 bound for Victoria Branches of the N-629 (Fast Track-Logroño to Burgos) .
3 - After crossing the Victoria Strands for the town center, 1 km then take the right desvíoa: CA-256-Veguilla Soba Valley, reaching Regules (8 Km) ⠀.

From Burgos:
1 - Take the N-629 to enter the Port of Cantabria lathes .
2 - After passing Lanestosa take desvíoa left a mile before the Victoria Strands: CA-256-Veguilla Soba Valley, reaching Regules (8 Km). It is also possible to access the CA-662 from the same port, descending through the neighborhoods of Fresnedo and Revilla.⠀

The requested booking will be considered firm as from the receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of stay (within 6 days, made no income at this time stay not be deemed to be reserved) The transfer can be made by crediting bank account. In the banking concept of such motion must state the date of input-output and the name of the owner who made the booking.
The remaining amount can be entered by bank transfer throughout the week of the arrival date, or deliver it in cash upon arrival at the house.
Prior to the entry into property, the tenant shall deliver the deposit of 300 euros, as stipulated in Article 36 of the LAU. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the Contract, by bank transfer 2 days after your departure once revised housing.

The cancellation reserve the right to retain maximum in compensation the following percentage:
-5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance
50%, when it is made 30 days or less and more than 7
-100% When it is made less than 7 days
