Cinco Leyendas

FIVE LEGENDS Farmhouse is located in eastern Leon mountain village Liegos. The house was built in the nineteenth century but has been mostly restored in 2012.

Liegos is 106 km Leona 1,130 m altitude. This village is situated in the mountains of Riano within Valdeburón Valley, on the banks of river Esla. In turn belongs to the Regional Park of the Picos de Europa declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO).

The house is catering for up to 10 people and is divided into two floors.

On the ground floor we find the kitchen, living room, a bedroom and a bathroom adapted for wheelchair use.
On the first floor are the other four bedrooms, two with double bed and the other with twin beds and a bathroom.

In addition to enjoy the tranquility of the area and its views, the house has a yard with furniture jardíny a portable barbecue to enjoy the sunny days of summer.

To make advance booking of the house is necessary to enter in bank account 20% of the value to be tried. This amount is meant towards the total contracted amount.

The customer may cancel the booking made, be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid depending on how far in advance you contact. The following terms are defined:

Cancellation more than 20 days in advance. Refund 100% of the reservation
Cancellation between 7 and 20 days in advance. Refund of 50% of the reservation
In case of cancellation less than 7 days notice no refund of booking

Deposit 20.00% of the total amount
