* Pets are allowed providing we have been informed beforehand, if you arrive at the house with your pet without having consulted us. We reserve the rights to deny your arrival at the house with the final action of canceling your booking.
* Receiving the house keys: We request that you call us as soon as you leave the airport of Lanzarote as it allows us prepare your welcoming to the house; upon arrival we will give you the keys to the house and make sure you are settled in.
