If the customer provides us an email, after receiving the down payment, you will confirm the reservation by e-mail so that you have written all your booking record.

Free cancellation up to 48h before the arrival day. For cancellations between 48-24h before arrival, we spent 50% of the first night's stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the first night.
