La Casa de los Gatos formed by two houses, Los Gatos Los Gatos I and II, which can be rented separately or together.
 
Two houses have been built where once stood the sawmill people can pick up and rehabilitate all materials available on it.
The design on the other hand is new and is characterized by the spaciousness and the huge amount of light coming through windows.
 
Los Gatos I, has a capacity for 14 guests in 6 double rooms with bed 150x190 and 1 bedroom with twin beds 90x190. Six of the rooms have jacuzzi in bathroom BATHING seventh column room has tub in the bathroom.It has two halls, one more is used as a dining room off the kitchen and one upstairs that serves more as living room, with sofas, games, library, and a huge veranda directly overlooking the terraces and from which no one will want to move once're there. The heating is underfloor, which is nice because the temperature is the same throughout the house and gives a very pleasant feeling when you step on the floor barefoot.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, cleaning products.

Los Gatos II, has a capacity for 6 people in two double bedrooms with bed 150x190. In one room you can put two beds 90x190 having a capacity for 4 people. It has a huge bathroom with large shower and hydromassage column.On the top floor is the living room with kitchenette, fully equipped, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, products limpieza.ï »

Since both houses through its halls are accessible to the terraces that form much of the charm of the houses.
Two terraces, distributed on two floors, with the lower the better prepared we have to be able to enjoy outdoor dining with a nice barbecue or above that is more prepared to enjoy sunbathing in hammocks, or you take something sitting on their sofas while admiring the sunset.
Through the darkness and lack of pollution our sky is excellent for those who like the astronomíay from the terraces telescopes can be placed without any problem.

If you come from Madrid you can take:

Past Cogollado about 10 km we have a detour that allows us to go right up Atienza Galve or take direction from the izquierda.Dependiendo Sip if you like driving on mountain, if you had children you had to comment both routes and you choose the one you convenga.Por Atienza has some curves but is quite flat land so it is usually best if you get dizzy or drive with children who come through the same thing. Continue along this road for about 20 km until you see a deviation to the left and put a number of people, the first Albendiego stays by the side of the road and the next village is Condemios Below.By Galve of Sip is much nicer, but Mountain & Road curves are very close, so if you like to drive in these conditions you will spend great, otherwise we recommend you to take the other route. Arriving at Galve of Sipping at the first cross road to get there right towards Atienza, and a few kilometers further is Condemios Above and past this to 1.5 km is Condemios de Abajo.
