"This is a house with all the amenities and is located on a wooded lot and fenced 3,500 m2, in a natural setting with wonderful views of the valley Lecrín, Valley of Joy, rather than rest of King Boabdil, and views of the Sierra Nevada. It has 4 bedrooms with double bed and two of them also single bed so can accommodate 8-10 people. Travel Cot available at no cost. Underfloor heating and fireplace lounge. Outside fenced pool and barbecue. In summer there is a small garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, eggplant .. for the enjoyment of our customers. The house is adapted for the handicapped. Pets allowed. Parking. It is aa 15 minutes from Granada capital, 20 minutes from La Alhambra 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 20 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

By Road: Through the A-44 which connects with Granada Motril take EXIT 160 (LECRÍN-EL VALLE)
