If cacncelación occurs when missing more than a month for the occupation, will be refunded 80% of the booking fee paid.
If cancellation occurs when missing more than 2 weeks and less than 4 for the occupation, will be refunded 50% of the booking fee paid
If cancellation occurs when missing 2 or less weeks for occupancy, no refund.
