La Roca

• The Rock Cottage, sits on a large stage in the mountains built for that need of 500m2, where the rustic style house consisting of kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with fireplace , 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower, a total of 6 seats plus 1 optional extra bed, out of the house has a covered porch with wooden beams on the outside also has a shower for pool and sunbeds, the house has cooking utensils, pans, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and linen and blankets, indoor pool with light, surrounded by heather to hide any indiscreet gaze and outdoor barbecue.

"Cancellation Policy"
If the booking is canceled with Property + antelacióna 30 days of the arrival date (60 days if out of Spain), returns 100% of the deposit paid as booking less management fees.
If cancellation occurs between 29 and 15 days before arrival, refunded only 50% of the deposit paid.
If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the date of entry to the house the return would be 25% of the delivered as a deposit, but if annulment under 7 days antelació , n, the reservation will not be returned and would serve as compensation to the owner .
Not take into account any excuse or personal circumstance, even justified.

Note: In all cases, if you return to let the accommodation previously canceled by (at least) the same night on the same date, the money given as a deposit would be returned in full, except that 10% be retained as management fees (with a minimum of EUR 20.).
