SOTU mill house with a capacity for six people, with three bedrooms, two doubles and one double, three bathrooms, a corridor, living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped) and heating, former mill where corn was ground two mills still remain, the rest occupied by a dining room with fireplace.

Outside is a typical Asturian granary and barbecue, with a hectare of land, trees of various kinds, (apple, walnut, palm, etc ....), gardens, playground and parking very few meters from the house passes the river (Oxford University Press).
In your environment find many beaches just 1.5 Km where you can make surfing, swimming, diving, fishing ...It is also possible to hike the beautiful cliffs bordering the sea, the surrounding mountains, valleys ..., ocean kayaking and river sealed with the route of the famous race. < br>
Near the house is the Jurassic Museum (Muja) between the towns of Colunga and ballasts, the Cistercian Monastery Valdedios jewel of Romanesque Asturian, the shrine of Covadonga, one of the most significant places in Asturias , caves of Tito Bustillo (Ribadesella), one of the great shrines of Paleolithic art in Europe.
Close to all major cities, Gijón, Oviedo, Llanes Ribadesella or without forgetting the cultural offerings that give you both cities and cuisine, dishes, desserts, beverages and cheese.

In Colunga we turn right onto the AS-260, Arriondas direction, to the village of Loroñe, about 3 km.

The customer will pay 50% of the rent.

The reservation can be canceled without charge up to 30 days before arrival, unless it is established otherwise by mutual agreement. If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, you have to pay as compensation an amount equal to the paid reservation, if the cancellation is made after 15 days prior to the booked stay, compensation will be 100% of the rental.

Note that any change in the date, number of nights booked, may lead to a modification of the tariff. The house is available from 17h on day of arrival until 12am on day of departure.
