La posada del rio Carbo is a farmhouse of the XVIII century past, is on the west side of the Natural Park of Villahermosa Peñagolosa to 5km in the countryside, in the Carbo river valley, surrounded by unspoilt environment intact , full of trees, with spectacular mountains that shape this valley interlaced canyons and gorges that cross between pools and waterfalls clear waters of the river carbo.
The farmhouse is renovated, rebuilt and extended by hand, with ecological principles and with our hands, based on illusion, effort, perseverance and dedication, with the same materials (stone, wood, clay and boulders) that our ancient ancestors farmers' from which we learned and we are heirs.
.The result is a rustic space stone in harmony with the environment, cozy and comfortable inside, with fine rustic finishes, unique beauty and subtle fantasy, with large windows to enjoy the environment around us.
At the Inn we offer Carbo river tourism with respect for tradition and the environment, quality, familiar, sustainable, traditional cuisine with a healthy (Mediterranean diet) based on fresh products of our organic gardens and the region

As a starting point it is ideal for the regions of the Sierra de Gudar, The Mastership and Peñagolosa Natural Park, with picturesque villages like Alcala de la Selva, Gudar, Linares de Mora, Cahuita, Valldelinares, Mosqueruela, montanejos, Lucena del Cid, and especially Vistabella Villahermosa del rio (town friendliness) and Puertomingalvo (medieval)

- At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue CV-16 CV-16 for 10 km .
- Near Alcora: at the roundabout take the 1st exit and continue CV-190 CV-190 for 28 km .
- Near Villamalefa Castle, turn right the CV-175 for 11 km. Villahermosa del Rioy to continue towards Puerto Mingalvo
- Take the right track at kilometer 13.9, and follow signs to the farm

There is also a bus Castellón-Villahermosa departing at 16:00 h. arrival at 18:10 h.
