SUMMER LONG STAY: Penalty of 20% of booking amount if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival or if not presented at reception on the day of booking.

CLIENT DIRECT SHORT STAY (all bookings except bookings over 14 nights in summer): Criminalization of the amount for 1 night if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival or if not presented at reception on the day of booking.
