Villa Alcanada

The unevenness of the terrain results in three terraces from which
you can enjoy wonderful views over the bay of Alcudia.
On the first level the pool (4.50x7.00x1.80) is located, with a large paved terrace. Uploading some
more steps, you enter the main level where the property is bordered by a terrace with furniture
and BBQ.
From the entrance you access to the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for all your
guests and living room with satellite television.
On the ground floor are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a common bathroom with
shower.
Upstairs three bedrooms that have their own terraces overlooking the sea are: two
them with double bed and one with two single beds.
On the same floor there is a bathroom suite with bath and one shared between two bañoa
rooms, with bath and bidet.
All rooms of the house have individual air conditioners.
Are located near many restaurants (300 meters), supermarkets (300 meters) and other
stores. The nearest sandy beach (400 meters), rock beach (500 meters) and Alcanada Golf (800
meters).

At the time of booking a deposit of one night is required to confirm this.

If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later, the hotel will charge 50% of the entire stay.
If no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
